David is a co-founder and Partner of Livingstone Partners, an investment bank focused on M&A advisory in the middle market, where he directs client engagements and manages the firm’s private equity coverage effort in North America.
Prior to Livingstone, he was a Managing Director at Brown Gibbons Lang & Co. and spent four years at William Blair & Co. He was also General Counsel to the Illinois Development Finance Authority and an advisor to Illinois Governor Jim Edgar.
David received a BSBA from the University of Illinois and a JD from the University of Illinois College of Law.
