Alex Schneider

Co-Founder & Partner, Clover Capital Partners

Alex is the co-founder of Clover Capital Partners, a private equity firm that specializes in acquiring and investing in small businesses primarily in the food and beverage industry.

Prior to Clover, Alex was with Keystone Capital, a lower middle market private equity fund. Before Keystone, he was an investment professional with Goldner Hawn Johnson & Morrison, a middle market private equity fund, and an investment banker at J.P. Morgan.

Additionally, Alex serves as faculty at The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he teaches courses in Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (“ETA”) and leads the ETA track of the Zell Fellows Program.

Alex is currently a Director on the Boards of Main Street Gourmet, Jo’s Candies, Dang Foods, Cleveland Kitchen and Big Easy Blends.

Alex graduated from the Honors Program in Mathematical Methods in the Social Sciences at Northwestern University and received his MBA from The Kellogg School of Management.
