Prior to joining PMP, Al served as the Head of Marketing at a prominent nine-figure personal injury law firm, where he led growth strategy for one of the largest direct-to-consumer advertisers in its market while collaborating closely with the legal ops and intake departments.

With nearly 20 years of experience at the intersection of marketing, operations, and business strategy, Al has managed more than $250 million in marketing investment tied to over $2 billion in revenue across highly competitive, regulated industries.

He is widely recognized for being at the forefront of modern legal marketing, operating fluently across traditional media, out-of-home, and digital performance at scale. From television and OOH to paid search, paid social, and programmatic, he has built integrated systems that treat marketing as a single, dynamic ecosystem, including early adoption of influencer and NIL strategies tied to major collegiate athletics.
