NextGen Growth Partners (“NextGen”), a leading private equity firm that partners with Entrepreneurs-in-Residence and management teams to invest in sustainable, growing companies, announced today that it has named Josh Dennis as Principal and Parker Dwyer as Senior Associate. Both are early members of the firm’s investment team.
Mr. Dennis has been with NextGen since its founding in 2016 and has played a leading role in deploying the firm’s inaugural fund. He was significantly engaged in the closing of each of the firm’s investments and continues to work closely with several portfolio companies. Mr. Dennis has also been involved in recruiting and developing the investment professional team, and he has played a key role in establishing the critical processes and thesis areas central to the firm’s investment philosophy.
Mr. Dwyer joined NextGen in 2018 and is responsible for the origination, evaluation, execution, and monitoring of investments. He is also critically involved in the creation and refinement of the firm’s infrastructure, processes, and thesis development that has led to the closing of numerous platform and add-on acquisitions. Mr. Dwyer also works closely with many NextGen portfolio companies.
