Rich joined NGP in 2017 as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. In addition to his financial and investor reporting and compliance responsibilities, Rich plays a critical role in investment due diligence and structuring. He also advises portfolio companies post-acquisition to improve finance and accounting processes. Prior to joining NGP, Rich was with Baker Tilly where he served as a leader of the firm’s asset management practice working closely with hedge funds, private equity and venture capital funds, broker-dealers and investment advisors.
