Adam brings 13 years of experience in the healthcare and technology industries, where he held a variety of roles in operations and people leadership. Prior to joining NGP, Adam was the VP of Performance and Operations at Monogram Health – a high growth healthcare company that specializes in bringing in-home care to those suffering from chronic kidney disease. In this role, he oversaw a team responsible for the profitability, value delivery, and go-to-market strategy with payer clients. In his time at Monogram, his team helped grow the company from 26 to 32 markets.
Prior to Monogram, he spent several years in the specialty benefits division of Cigna Healthcare, where he led a cross-functional team of approximately 30 team members responsible for overall operational performance and P&L accountability for state and regional payers across the country. Adam and his team were responsible for managing internal clinical costs, negotiating contractual service level agreements with clients, and implementing solutions to adhere to state & federal regulatory shifts.
Adam became part of Cigna through acquisition where he spent 6 years with Evicore Healthcare. At Evicore, he held a variety of roles spanning growth & operations. Adam established KPIs to drive operational performance and worked on the integration of several acquisitions into the business.
Adam’s career to date has afforded him several formative experiences including people leadership, P&L management, KPI development & measurement, and developing highly effective teams.
Adam lives in Nashville, TN and is a proud husband and father to Bennett (4) and Owen (2). When Adam is not spending time with his family or searching for a great business, he likes to spend his time woodworking, playing golf, and being outdoors.
