Originally from southern Maryland, Ben Stubblefield has amassed a wide array of experiences that greatly enrich his entrepreneurial endeavors. His deep commitment to leadership and a strong value system are central to his business approach.

Before joining NextGen Growth Partners, Ben honed his leadership skills as a Navy SEAL, leading diverse teams on deployments all over the globe. The highlight was deploying his team for training exercises across the Pacific and navigating some of the most unique landscapes on Earth. His experience instilled in him a deep sense of resilience, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence.

Ben further developed his business acumen at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, where he earned his MBA. During his time at Booth, he specialized in finance, behavioral sciences, strategic management, and entrepreneurship, participated in various investment competitions, and collaborated with peers on innovative projects. This rigorous academic environment and practical experience refined his analytical skills and deepened his understanding of market dynamics.

Outside his professional pursuits, Ben is a devoted husband and father who enjoys staying active, golfing, running, and anything outdoors. He holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
