Hailey serves as NGP’s Recruitment and Talent Operations Manager where she supports the CEO-in-Residence Program and the firm’s additional hiring needs. She keeps candidate processes moving and builds the systems and programs that keep the talent engine organized as the firm grows.
Prior to NGP, Hailey spent five years at Valtech (formerly Kin + Carta), where she was the company’s first Recruiting Operations hire. She built the function from the ground up, creating the infrastructure that enabled the recruiting team to do their best work.
Before that, she worked in HR systems at Salesforce and managed operations for a contingent workforce at a sports media startup.
Hailey holds a Master of Science in Human Resources from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and Sports Management from the University of Michigan.
Outside of work, you can find her at a live sporting event, checking out a new restaurant, or heads down in a good book.
