Javier is an accomplished professional with 15 years of experience driving growth in leading corporations and commercial real estate. At Amazon, he played a pivotal role expanding the company’s global supply chain into new international markets like Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Javier led a cross-functional team that enabled access to 10+ million more products for international customers, contributing over $1 billion to Amazon’s revenue at an incremental profit. Javier is a values-driven leader, establishing trust and maintaining integrity through a collaborative approach.
In 2019, Javier founded a commercial real estate firm and has since broadened his focus to adjacent essential services such as HVAC, landscaping, and waste management.
Javier is a proud first generation Mexican-American living in Austin, Texas with his family. Growing up in Southern California, he is a lifelong Clippers fan and enjoys playing basketball, learning guitar, and hiking. He received his undergraduate degree in Finance and Entrepreneurship from Loyola Marymount University and MBA from University of Chicago – Booth School of Business.
