Peter is an Associate of Corporate Development at NGP, where he is responsible for driving value through sourcing and evaluating add-on acquisition opportunities across the firm’s portfolio companies. Currently, he’s working alongside Texas Ecogrow, Quality Network Solutions, Plumbing and Drain Professionals, HOA Accounting Services, ROBO6K, and TriStar Building Services.
Prior to joining NGP, Peter was a Senior Analyst in Corporate Development at Inspira Financial, where he assisted in the execution of M&A initiatives. Before Inspira, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, supporting sell-side transactions across the lower middle market.
Peter holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa.
