Peter is an Associate of Corporate Development at NGP, where he is responsible for driving value through sourcing and evaluating add-on acquisition opportunities across the firm’s portfolio companies.
Prior to joining NGP, Peter was a Senior Analyst in Corporate Development at Inspira Financial, where he assisted in the execution of M&A initiatives. Before Inspira, he worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Brown Gibbons Lang & Company, supporting sell-side transactions across the lower middle market.
Peter holds a BBA in Finance from the University of Iowa.
