Rachel is the Operations Manager at NGP, where she oversees day-to-day administrative functions, provides direct support to the Managing Partner, and manages team logistics.
Before joining NGP, Rachel was a Consultant at Alvarez & Marsal in the Corporate Performance Improvement practice, where she contributed to large-scale digital transformation initiatives across various industries.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Leadership Studies from Texas A&M University.
