Victor leads the talent initiatives for NGP. In this role, he spearheads the recruitment of world-class leaders as EIRs and guides the talent strategy — from internship programs and CEO development to growth plans for the firm’s staff.
Victor’s path to NGP was a bit unconventional. In 2012, instead of attending a traditional business school, he designed his own experiential learning journey called “The Leap Year Project,” completing 12 one-month projects with startups and companies around the world and then staged his graduation at a TED conference in Chicago.
Following his self-designed Masters, Victor founded Experience Institute, a prominent learning and development firm. Under his leadership, the company designed and led transformative talent programs for some of the world’s largest organizations. Once recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 leader in education, Victor has also spent the past decade as a Lecturer in Design at Stanford’s d.school, where he created a now core program helping budding leaders launch from the classroom into real-world projects with startups and companies around the world.
