Vince is a Director on NGP’s Value Creation Team, where he is responsible for the development and execution of value creation plans and best practices implementation across NGP’s portfolio companies.
Vince has nearly 10 years of experience in roles focused on building relationships and creating value. Prior to NGP, Vince worked at L.E.K. Consulting where he served clients by formulating and executing on organic and inorganic growth strategies. Before joining L.E.K., Vince worked in data & analytics consulting, helping companies to develop and deploy analytics products across their organizations.
Vince received an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS from The University of Indianapolis.
