Brian Wolfe is a lawyer, investor and advisor, and currently serves as a partner at Kirkland & Ellis in Chicago, where he counsels private equity, public company and family office clients on complex business transactions and investments. Brian also serves on the faculty of Washington University in St. Louis, where he teaches “Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition” and “Private Equity Transactions.” In 2017, Brian and a partner acquired three SAAS businesses in a “buy and build” strategy, successfully exiting to a financial buyer.
Brian holds a J.D. with honors from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Decision Sciences from Miami University.
Brian serves on the national board of the Skandalaris Center at Washington University in St. Louis, as well as on the board of several non-profit organizations.
