Originally from a small town in Wisconsin, Joshua brings a wealth of diverse experiences to his entrepreneurial journey. Passionate about leadership and people, his strong core values continue to shape his approach to business.
Before joining NGP, Joshua honed his leadership skills as an Army AH64 helicopter pilot, leading diverse teams on deployments to Afghanistan and various international assignments. The highlight was deploying his Troop of 70 soldiers for training exercises across the Pacific and flying in some of the most unique landscapes on Earth. His experience instilled in him a deep sense of resilience, strategic thinking, and commitment to excellence.
Transitioning to finance, Joshua excelled as a Mergers and Acquisitions investment banking associate, leveraging his analytical skills to drive successful deals. His deal experiences range from $20M to >$1B in various industries, including infrastructure, transportation and logistics, oil and gas, renewable energy, and many others.
Outside his professional pursuits, Joshua is a devoted husband and dog owner who enjoys staying active, golfing, reading, and exploring the outdoors. He holds a BS from Boston University and an MBA from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
